Attendance: The Prince William County attendance regulations can be found at www.pwcs.edu. Please refer to regulation 724 and 724-1 under students' attendance and excuses.

It is our goal at Cedar Point to address all attendance concerns by contacting parents and (if needed) developing action plans to address the high number of tardiness and absences from school. Absent students are missing important instruction, information and interactions necessary for learning, negtively impacting academic achievement and future rate of success in school.

For pre-arranged extended  absences, please submit a written request to the principal to determine if the absence(s) will be considered excused or unexcused.
