It is our goal at Cedar Point to address all attendance concerns by contacting parents and if needed developing action plans to address the high number of tardiness and absences from school. These students' are missing important instruction, information and interactions necessary for learning. This time missed from learning will have a negative impact on the students' academic achievement and future rate of success in school.

When students are out of school please use our attendance line at 703-365-2002. If you are asking about a pre-arranged absence please write a letter of explanation to the principal and a response will be determined of whether the absence is excused or un-excused.
